1. Service Description & Disclaimers

SEOLumina provides keyword analytics, difficulty scoring, seasonal insights, product and store metrics, and other informational tools designed to assist Teachers Pay Teachers sellers.

All features, tools, scores, and recommendations are informational only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

SEOLumina is not affiliated with Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT), its parent company, or any external marketplace.

All analytics are generated exclusively from publicly available information. We do not access, store, or attempt to access any private, restricted, or password-protected data from TPT or any third-party platform.

2. No Guarantees

SEOLumina provides analytical tools to support user decision-making. However, the Service does not guarantee:

• increased sales or revenue;
• improved search rankings on TPT;
• accuracy, completeness, or reliability of keyword metrics;
• accuracy of third-party or externally sourced metrics;
• uninterrupted platform availability or performance;
• any financial, strategic, or business outcome.

All analytics, scores, and recommendations are estimates and should not be interpreted as professional, business, or financial advice.

You are solely responsible for any decisions, strategies, or actions taken based on information provided by the Service.

3. Fair Use & Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use SEOLumina responsibly. You must NOT:

• misuse, overload, disrupt, or interfere with normal operation of the Service;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain source code, algorithms, or internal models;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases, or systems;
• automate abusive, excessive, or high-frequency scraping or requests;
• use SEOLumina for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities;
• violate TPT's Terms of Service or misuse publicly available TPT data.

If unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or suspicious behavior is detected, SEOLumina may, at its discretion:

• restrict access,
• suspend your account,
• or permanently terminate your access.

These actions may occur with or without prior notice.

4. Your SEOLumina Account

To use the Service, you must create and maintain a valid account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
• protect your login credentials and keep them confidential;
• notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for:

• all actions performed through your account;
• all consequences arising from compromised credentials;
• ensuring your use of the Service complies with relevant laws and TPT's policies.

SEOLumina reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Data Collected from Third-Party Sites

SEOLumina collects and processes only publicly available information from TPT, including:

• store profile pages;
• product listings and titles;
• descriptions, previews, and pricing;
• public ratings and reviews;
• visible keyword usage and metadata.

SEOLumina does not bypass access controls, CAPTCHAs, login requirements, paywalls, or technical restrictions.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

• your use of TPT data complies with TPT's Terms of Service;
• your use of the Service does not violate any third-party rights;
• your business actions follow applicable regulations.

SEOLumina is not responsible for any consequences to your TPT account, including but not limited to:

• ranking changes,
• restrictions,
• warnings,
• account limitations,
• penalties issued by TPT.

6. Service Availability

SEOLumina aims to provide a stable, high-quality experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The Service may be partially or fully unavailable due to:

• scheduled maintenance or updates;
• unexpected technical issues;
• hosting or infrastructure outages;
• TPT platform changes that affect data;
• third-party API failures (e.g., Algolia);
• excessive load or rate-limiting;
• security-related interruptions.

We do not guarantee:

• error-free functionality;
• continuous access to analytics;
• preservation of historical data or snapshots.

Downtime, data loss, or disruptions do not qualify for compensation or refunds.

7. Plans, Billing & Refunds

If paid subscriptions or features are offered:

• all payments are final unless required otherwise by law;
• subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled;
• cancelling prevents future charges but does not refund previous ones;
• access remains available until the end of the current billing cycle;
• pricing, features, and plan structure may change with reasonable notice.

SEOLumina reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or redesign any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEOLumina is not liable for:

• lost revenue, profits, or sales;
• business interruption or lost opportunities;
• lost, deleted, or corrupted data;
• inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated analytics;
• changes in TPT algorithms, rankings, or policies;
• downtimes, outages, or service disruptions;
• indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

In all cases, SEOLumina's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service, if any, in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SEOLumina and its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and contractors from all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

• your use or misuse of the Service;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your interpretation or reliance on analytics;
• your actions or conduct on TPT or third-party platforms;
• your misuse of publicly available or external data sources.

10. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.

If significant changes occur, we may notify users through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Texas.
